Requirements
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Proven 1- 3 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Creating effective UX designs including visual, speech, and tactile interaction flows and functional logic to match the established requirements in Web and Mobile Apps space but not limited to.
- Discover and analyse requirements from both the users and stakeholder’s perspective and be the advocate for unclear business requirements.
- Create effective design documents including dialog flows, functional logic, and content/prompts to match the established system persona.
- Assist in implementing these designs by interacting with developers and performing usability tests.
- Analyse performance of the application with regard to user experience, and recommend specific changes to improve user satisfaction.
- Approach design problems with a user-centric design methodology and an understanding of best practices within Web and Mobile applications.
- Compose wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, story maps, and highly detailed artefacts using texts, diagrams, illustrations, and/or prototypes to outline product, feature and function specifications as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subject.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing field.
